The St. Clair Camp 308 Honor Guard was started by past Commander Paul Vaughn in February of 2006. Since its inception, the Honor Guard has participated, as needed, in events of St. Clair Camp 308 as well as many companion events. The main goal of the group is to honor our Confederate ancestors at grave marking ceremonies, memorial events, and heritage celebrations. The Honor Guard is composed mainly of St. Clair Camp 308 members with help at times from Civil War re-enactors from the surrounding area. Members in the Honor Guard are responsible for purchasing or attaining their own Confederate uniform, musket, and supplies.
